We only ship to Canada for now. However, if you live in the U.S. and wish to place an order for a Canadian resident relative, you can enter your U.S. billing information and have the order shipped in Canada.

Yes. We ensure your chocolate arrives in the best conditions. We automatically charge for express shipping (1-3 business days) from May to September. Ice-packs are included in your orders to prevent the chocolate from melting.

In case your chocolate is melted upon arrival, please call our customer service at (514) 331-8460
or (888) 806-9840 (toll free) for a refund. Have your order number and credit card used to make
your purchase handy.

We do not accept any refund unless proven there was a problem regarding the quality of our chocolate. Our chocolate should look as exquisite when it arrives to you as it does when it leaves our kitchen. In that case, you have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. Please call customer service at (514) 331-8460 or (888) 806-9840 (toll free) for any assistance. Have your order number and credit card used to make your purchase handy. After that, Liesse Chocolatier will not process a refund request. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees. Please note that minor packaging damage is not subject to refund.
